TN Standardized Inspection Manual 2022

This 2022 guidance document covers Tennessee’s Operational Compliance Inspection Process. The following information is provided as an outline of the steps to follow to set up and complete the inspection.

UST Closure Oversight Checklist

This checklist provides a quick review of the requirements to project managers who provide oversight at UST closure/removal projects. Their efforts, along with those of environmental consultants, ensure appropriate soil/groundwater sampling methods and proper data collection. Not only does this optimize content in the UST closure report, but a presence in these early stages can allow access to the State Fund for cleanup, a seamless transition for longer term monitoring, and can support future site closure.
